Job Description

The Content Marketing team works to build a lasting impression among consumers and improve product sales and market share through improved brand loyalty and brand perception. One of the key responsibilities is the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and plan.

The Chevrolet Content Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing the brand strategy, positioning, and communications for the brand in Argentina - focusing on gaining customers for life, reinforcing the main brand pillars: safety, technology, performance & design & creating the Chevrolet brand love among the public.

Is responsible of seeding the accurate brand message across the organization, dealerships, media outlets, agencies & ambassadors; leading a best-in-class team through the new marketing strategies and innovations and working cross-functional with key supporting areas.

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing & communications professional who is passionate and competitive about campaign success, team collaboration and enjoys being hands on to drive our business goals.

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Lead briefing and development of marketing and social communication campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
  • Guarantee accurate brand message integration between all internal and external stakeholders including PR, agencies & ambassadors
  • Define key metrics and success parameters
  • Regularly monitor social media trends, market insights, explore new digital media platform and tools, and competitor information acquirement.
  • Keep up to date of the market and competitor’s movements
  • Strategize Social Media
  • Ensure the brand consistency across all platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with research, global content, communications, product marketing, media & CRM teams
  • Responsible for budget planning and execution - supporting the financial teams
  • Maintain strong relations with managing directors and local market partners while acting as a central hub for daily operations.
  • Manage multiple agency partners in a coordinated effort to lead foundational brand positioning, brand targets, and general oversight of the creative process
  • Orchestrate multiple forums by way of soliciting relevant topics, reviewing and providing guidance on presentations, then running meetings effectively
  • Support communications teams with strategic planning and crafting press releases.
  • Act as lead by working with local and regional teams to align strategies, coordinate and consolidate perspectives and ultimately acquire approval from leadership.
  • Assist agency partners with facilitating developmental workshops

Additional Job Description

Requirements:
  • University Graduate.
  • +6 years in MKT/Comms or related positions with team in charge
  • English (required) and Portuguese (desired).
  • Knowledge of advertising & creative savvy.
  • Experience managing creative agencies, brand strategy, and operations teams.
  • Leadership and developing others skills.
  • Execute in a fast-paced environment (High Capacity, Quality Output, Quick Pace)
  • Engaging - effective at engaging & influencing others.
  • Proficient & proactive communicator: Excellent presentation skills - development & delivery.
  • Self-starter with drive for results Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain robust relationships with business partners.
  • Must be comfortable working with senior leadership.
  • Proficient in MS Office products - Excel, PPT, Teams.
  • Comfortable dealing with moderate levels of ambiguity at times.
  • Strategic thinker with exemplary problem-solving skills
