Your mission:

Responsible for the execution and control of financial management of the Division, through the use and creation of processes and tools that allow the detection of deficiencies or irregularities that limit the achievement of established goals, at a financial, operational and Human Resources level.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the execution of the processes and their procedures, in all their scope, to obtain the projected results.
• Invoice and control of Costs of the Service, Marketing and Administration areas that affect the division according to the goals.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecast of sales and received orders. Daily monitoring of the division’s sales, both contract sales and direct sales.
• Coordinate meetings with the different areas, to analyze processes and procedures that optimize their results: financial, operational, human resources, etc.
• Continuous review of the Annual Plan strategy, to obtain the projected objectives: budgets, personnel, resources, continuous improvement, required support, etc.
• Control and operational / administrative management. Discussion and improvement plans agreed with the support and management areas periodically (Safety, Environment, WIP, Stocks, Personnel, Resources, Stock at site and central warehouse).
• Control and financial management. Discussion and improvement plans agreed with the support and management areas periodically (projection of results, rate readjustments, auditing payment statements, administrative procedures, policies, etc.)
• Routine periodic visits to the site to control pre-audits, as well as to carry out audits of the position.
• Review and approval of applications for credit notes from the division.
• Maintain cost center coding, type of work (SWT) for division contracts.
• Manage provisions for sales costs, service costs and income when applicable.
• Actively participate in the monthly financial closing process, ensuring that there are no pending or postponed transactions for subsequent months.

Your profile:

• At least 2 years of professional experience equivalent positions.
• Public Accountant or Business administration or Auditor with management and analysis skills.
• Experience with contract Management and Management Control.
• Strong finance analysis skills
• Advanced computer (Office and Accounting System of the Company).
• Knowledge of relevant markets and competitors (products, equipment, spare parts).
• Availability for national and international travel and field work.
• Fluent Spoken and written English level.
• Strong social communication skills in Spanish.
• Experience or knowledge in mining business is a big plus.
