We are looking for you to join our Human Resources team where we will present you with challenges such as:

  • Being an essential part of our company, ensuring that we’re setting our businesses, clients, customers and employees up for success.
  • Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your excel knowledge, fast pace and independent thinking;
  • Playing an integral role in designing, implementing and managing people strategies, using the latest in data analytics and technology to deliver industry-leading services.

This will mean that as part of your role you will be mainly responsible for:

  • Produce, monitor and control payroll inputs including but not limited to: New Hires, terminations, contract changes, bank accounts and benefits (life and medical insurance)
  • Effectively manage strict payroll timetables and deadlines
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Argentina labor law and industry regulations
  • Interact with Global Onboarding team, enter information in cloud/SAP HR

In order to be able to achieve this, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred.
  • + 3 years of SAP payroll experience with an in house processing model.
  • Intermediate English level, written and oral.
  • Be proficient in Excel is a plus.
