This position occupies a key role in the manufacturing team of the production line in Smart Buildings product division. In this role, you will head the maintenance and continued efficiency of production lines to optimize technical and financial resources.

Your responsibilities

• Working with the engineering team to specify maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities · Consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability and safety.
• Solving major technical, equipment or facilities challenges in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
• Reacting promptly to any emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions or other problems to minimize disruption to production.
• Proposing improvements for processes and production lines aimed at reducing maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.
• Implementing health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives.

Your background

• Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineer.
• 2 years of experience in maintenance of electronic machines.
• Knowledge in programming, plc and automation
• Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage).
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Advanced English level.
